Mr. Jim Barlow has again been named as a Texas Monthly Super Lawyer, a Top 100 Super Lawyer and again listed in Best Lawyers in America (Business Litigation). He has been again named as a top Tarrant County lawyer in Fort Worth, Texas magazine in the areas of Business/Commercial Litigation, Family Law and General Litigation.
Mr. Elliott Garsek is returning for his third year as Tournament Chairman for the 2007 Crowne Plaza Invitational at Colonial, which is a Tournament on the PGA TOUR. He has recently been named as a Texas Super Lawyer by Texas Monthly magazine and as a top Tarrant County lawyer by Fort Worth, Texas magazine in the areas of Banking, Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Mediation and Trusts, Estates and Probate.
Mr. Henry Simon has been named as a top Tarrant County Lawyer in Fort Worth, Texas magazine in the area of Real Estate. He was named a Texas Monthly Super Lawyer in 2003 and recognized on the list The Best Lawyers in America (1999, 2000, 2001, 2002). For the years 2002 and 2003 Mr. Simon was listed on America’s Registry of Outstanding Professionals.
