
Ben Barlow is a trial attorney who is well-versed in both business and family law. Mr. Barlow also has
considerable experience with school law, having represented various independent school districts, educational
institutions, administrators, and teachers in Texas. He has advocated on behalf of both employers and employees
as well, in matters ranging from discrimination to allegations of trade secret misappropriations. He has also
represented clients before the Fort Worth and Houston Courts of Appeals as well as the Texas Supreme Court and
the Fifth Court of Appeals. Mr. Barlow also represents clients in a variety of personal injury matters, ranging
from minor to catastrophic injuries.
Mr. Barlow joined Barlow Garsek & Simon, LLP in 1995 following three years as an associate with the school
law section of Bracewell & Patterson, LLP in Houston.
