
David Rapp is a litigator practicing civil litigation in both state and federal courts in a variety of areas including representation of banks and title companies in general commercial litigation, construction litigation, trademark and copyright infringement, contractual and lease disputes, insurance defense, personal injury and premises liability defense, real property disputes, and extensive experience in representing railroads in FELA litigation.
Mr. Rapp graduated from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where he was a member of the SMU Law Review Association. Prior to his association with Barlow Garsek & Simon, LLP, Mr. Rapp was an Associate in the general litigation section of Jackson Walker LLP.
Professional affiliations include Eldon B. Mahon Inn of Court, among others. Mr. Rapp was selected by his peers as one of Tarrant County's best lawyers, in a survey taken by Fort Worth, Texas magazine in 2004.
